• All Hair Care products and Accessories are on hand and will ship out within 1-2 business days after purchase.  
• Ready to ship wigs are also shipped out within 1-2 business days after purchase. 
• Processing times for Custom Wig orders are 7-12 business days.
• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
• If your unit is for a special event, please order ahead of time to avoid late shipment in the event of unanticipated delays that are out of our control.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. 
• Please be sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for packaging delays due to incorrect addresses.
• All packages will be delivered through USPS.
• We are not responsible for package delays due to weather, holidays or other carrier delays
