 This is my first time ordering a wig! What should I do? 
For our first time wig buyers, we highly recommend purchasing one of our custom closure wigs. Closure wigs are lower maintenance compared to frontal units and can be worn glue-less or with our adhesive if desired. 
How do I purchase a wig? 
Foxxy Hairtique offers Custom Wigs, Ready to Ship wigs,  and BYOB (Bring your own Bundles) options. 
  1. Custom Wigs: All Ready to Ship wigs are moved to our Custom Wigs collection and can be recreated and customized for you.
  2. Ready to Ship Wigs: Units that are available and ready to ship within 1-2 business days after purchase. 
  3. BYOB: You can have a custom unit made with your own bundles, frontal or closure. 

How long is shipping? 

  • All Hair products and Accessories are on hand and will ship out within 1-2 business days after purchase.  
  • Ready to ship wigs are also shipped out within 1-2 business days after purchase.
  • Processing times for Custom Wig orders are 7-12 business days.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

    What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay? 

    When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the options to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal,biweekly installment payments with 0% interest APR, or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees.

    What is a “Premade” unit? 

    Premade simply means this unit is constructed by our trusted vendor. Once received, this unit is inspected for quality. We then fully customize our premade units by bleaching the knots, creating a natural hairline and cutting/styling as needed. All premade units are made using 100% non-chemical processed human hair. Our units can be styled and dyed to your desired color.

     

    How do I remove the lace glue?

    You can purchase our Lace Remover spray to safely remove your lace glue without damaging your edges. Please contact us if you need additional instructions on how to remove your lace once glued. 
    • Please remove any lace adhesive prior to washing your unit.
    Do you cut the lace?
    • Unfortunately, we do not cut the lace on our units prior to shipping. 
    What if I order the wrong wig size?
    Please make sure the wig you select matches your head measurements. All Ready to Ship and Custom Wigs are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS
